Q: What are your COVID-19 policies?

Q: Who runs This Spa?

A: My name is Frankie, I’m a totally snail obsessed cosmetologist who loves performing fun pedicures, skincare and waxing services

Q: Can two people receive a service at the same time?

A: Unfortunately no (because there’s only one Frankie), but we could book the services one after the other.

Q: Will I be expected to tip after my treatment?

A: Never. I’ve priced my services to be fair for both of us, so you’ll be satisfied and I’ll be able to buy way too many craft supplies for.. Let’s be honest, craft projects that will never be completed.

Q: What should I wear to my appointment?

A: Comfy clothing. For spa treatments you’ll be able to disrobe to your comfort level.

Q: I’m a creep. May I book an appointment?

A: No. This is a day spa. Not a brothel. Not a rub-and-tug. Insinuating that you came in for anything in addition to visiting me, enjoying the spa services as described on this website, or shopping in Frankie and Feetish’s sweet spa boutique will result in banishment without refund. Behave.

Q: Which forms of payment do you accept?

A: I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, Venmo, Cashapp, Paypal, and cold hard cash works too.
Checks, “cheques”, or money orders — not so good.

Q: Are children allowed to experience services at this Spa?

A: No. This spa caters to humans 18 years old and up.

Q: What is Frankie’s appointment cancellation policy?

A: Kindly give 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be billed a 50% service charge if you fail to show up for your appointment or if you provide less that 48 hours notice when cancelling your appointment. New clients are required to leave a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking. COVID-19 UPDATE: If you have a fever, are feeling ill, have any symptoms of COVID-19, or have been in contact with someone who was either diagnosed with COVID-19 or was showing any symptoms within the 14 days preceding your appointment at My Spa, you MUST cancel your appointment. Q: What type of wax do you use at your Spa?

A: Berodin hard (stripless) wax.

Q: Which brands of skin care products do you use at your Spa?

A: Primarily Dermalogica Professional skin care, Perfectly Posh spa products, and doTERRA essential oils.

Q: Can my pet hang out at your Spa while I enjoy a service?

A: I love critters of all sorts, but the powers that be tell us pets aren’t allowed in cosmetology establishments (unless they’re fish in an aquarium, so if you can make that work, go for it!) Thanks for understanding.
